The League of Women Voters has practiced civic empowerment since women got the vote

An LWVMD gift membership opens the door to opportunities, information and a legacy of collaboration to create positive change. Each LWVMD member shapes his/her own League experience; belief in our democracy is the only prerequisite.  

An LWVMD gift membership also strengthens the League of Women Voters at the grassroots level and supports LWVMD's nonpartisan activities throughout Maryland.

Your $75* provides an individual membership in the local, state and national League of Women Voters for one year from redemption. The recipient has the option of joining one of the fourteen local Leagues in Maryland or becoming an LWVMD member-at-large. LWVMD membership is open to all persons aged 16 or older.
