Our educational arm, which informs citizens on how, where, and when to vote, began in 1920 when women won the vote and needed to be prepared to use it!
We've been working hard ever since to perfect and update the process as the times and the systems change. Our goal is to reach every eligible voter, and ensure that they are informed and registered to use their power of the VOTE.
A few of our main educational activities include:
Collecting and providing unbiased, fact-based information on issues.
Producing and distributing pamphlets, brochures, and online information, to give citizens a variety of useful information about impending legislation and how to reach their representatives and learn of community resources available to them. We share our information in print and electronic forms to ensure access of information to all.
Conducting or co-sponsoring forums and community meetings on important local and state-wide issues to ensure an informed citizenry and electorate.
Do you want to help us raise awareness, create an informed citizenry, and get out the vote? Donate now!
Even a $5 donation can ensure your friends and neighbors have access to the information they need to vote in the next election, or follow policy in Annapolis.
